The digital platform that providing services to the driver and the sender under the name of TASSER Driver for drivers and TASSEER for customers.
Both the driver and the sender have an independent wallet in the applications to which they can add funds and use them on their trips according to the method used by each of them.
The variable value of the trip amount according to the type of vehicle and the distance traveled during transportation.
Persons requesting or receiving transportation for their horse, including persons requested transportation by another person.
Individual persons who provide passenger transportation services from one place to another with their own vehicles or authorized persons after linking them to the carriers through a TASSEER application.
Your access to TASSEER platforms (website and applications) is considered a total agreement and commitment by the user to the terms and conditions without exception, and in the event that you do not agree, you must immediately stop using the TASSEER platforms and benefiting from their services.
These terms and conditions also supersede any previous agreements concluded with you, and TASSEER may amend them at any time at its sole discretion without prior notice, so you must review them periodically from time to time. Your continued use of the Services constitutes your acceptance and agreement to be bound by these Terms and Conditions as amended.
You acknowledge that no business relationship has been established between you and TASSEER. You also acknowledge that there is no joint venture or partnership between you and TASSEER. You may not act as an employee, agent or representative of us nor enter into any contract on behalf of TASSEER.
You may not delete or copy any of the copyrights, intellectual property, registered and unregistered trademarks from any part of TASSEER Assets, and you may not copy, exchange, grant, rent, sell, publicly display, broadcast, trade or otherwise exploit the Services in any way without being permitted by TASSEER. In addition to reverse its engineer or disassemble its source code; create or cause to be created a tool in order to scrape, erase or exploit any part of the Services or disrupt the operation or functionality of any aspect of the Services or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services; or damage any aspect of it or any of the systems and networks related to it. TASSEER will not hesitate to make every effort to ensure that the application is used only by drivers and sender customers who enjoy appreciation, respect and integrity. Although we do not guarantee that every entrant will meet the above criteria at all times.
All services and rights associated with TASSEER remain proprietary. Neither these Terms nor your use of the Services grant you any rights in or in connection with the Services other than the limited license granted above and grant you any right to use or refer in any way to company names, logos, product and service names, trademarks or marks of all TASSEER services.
TASSEER provides the service of linking the driver with the customer to coordinate and schedule transportation services through the mobile applications that it owns under the name of TASSER Driver for drivers and TASSEER for customers. You acknowledge the use of the Services on a personal, non-commercial basis, unless TASSEER agrees otherwise in a separate agreement with you.
You must create a personal account by registering in the application in order to benefit from Tasseer services. And you must be at least 18 years old and have a vehicle in your name or authorized and plate number in addition to personal data name, address, age, mobile phone number, national ID photo, valid method of payment and have all necessary and valid licenses such as car license, form, insurance on the vehicle and all requirements imposed by or May be imposed by the administration to complete the registration. The customer must also be at least 18 years old, in addition to personal data: name, address, age, mobile phone number, and at least one valid payment method. You agree to maintain accurate, complete and current information in your account, and failure to maintain correct, accurate and current information in your account may result in your inability to access or use the Services. You are responsible for all activities that occur on behalf of your account. You agree to keep your account username and password secure and confidential at all times. You may only have one account unless otherwise permitted by Tasseer.
You agree not to submit any defamatory, defamatory, obscene, illegal or offensive User Content, as determined by Tasseer in its sole discretion, whether such material is protected by law or not. Tasseer may review, monitor and remove User Content at its sole discretion at any time and for any reason without notice to you. And the user (the driver and the sender) is obligated to maintain the confidentiality of their accounts, information, trip details and bills, and not to display them on social media platforms, and their violation of this exposes them to legal accountability. The former shall be disclosed only in the event of a request from the competent official authorities. Otherwise, it is confidential between the user and the Tasseer.

By complying with these Terms, Tasseer agrees to grant you access to the Application and Services a revocable, limited, non-exclusive, non-licensable, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use. The license is terminated upon termination of use of the Services.
The basic fees for TASSEER change according to the type of vehicle registered to the driver and are divided as follows: the price per kilometer traveled during the trip, the price per minute calculated during the trip, the price of road and gate fees, if any, additional airport fees, if any, government fees, tax fees, previous fees, whether On the client or leader, if any, compensatory fees, if any, peak-time fees, if any, routing discounts, if any, and routing percentage fees. TASSEER reserves the right to amend any applicable pricing terms from time to time without giving you any notice.
You hereby consent and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, with respect to all claims and controversies arising from your use of TASSEER services.
Except as provided for in these terms, these terms are subject to the laws within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia alone and shall be interpreted in accordance with that. Any disputes, disagreements, claims or deductions arising from or related to these services or these terms shall be subject to the Saudi law.
You agree to release TASSEER, its Owner, officers, directors and employees from all claims, losses, liabilities and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of and in connection with your use of the Services or your violation of any of these Terms.
TASSEER has the right to terminate the agreement immediately and prevent your access to our platforms without prior notice in the event that you violate any of the provisions of this agreement or any applicable laws or regulations or infringement of its reputation and customers. (senders and drivers), managers and employees through social media or cause damage to the TASSEER brand, reputation or business activity as determined by TASSEER at its discretion. In the above cases, we may prevent you from registering a new driver account and impose fines and penalties in accordance with the internal conducting regulations, not in conflict with the applicable regulations.
We may also immediately block your access to TASSEER Apps during the investigation period, if we suspect a breach of the Agreement or fraudulent activity on your part. The access ban will be removed once the investigation has denied the suspicion.
Driver and Sender can cancel their accounts provided the freight balance is zero. Either by taking trips until the freight balance is exhausted or - at their request - transferring the balance to the account of another captain (driver) or customer (sender).
The driver (driver) and customer (sender) will not be able to cancel his account if there are amounts owed by him that he has not paid.
